Shipping & Returns


We dispatch all orders from our distribution centre in Auckland with NZPost.

For orders in the North Island, there is a flat rate fee of $15.00. For delivery to the South Island, there is a $25.00 flat rate fee.

For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quotation.


30 Day Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out or products are no longer needed, so we offer a 30 day return policy for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. If any item has been used, damaged, or altered in any way, we won’t be able to accept it for a return.

How to return your products

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Our customer service team will give you a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  3. Pack the items securely, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  5. Once we receive the item(s), we’ll inspect them to make sure they meet our return policy requirements.
  6. If everything is in order, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) using the original payment method.

Please note shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
