Terms and Conditions
- The free trial program is only open to aged care facilities, hospitals, and resellers. By participating in this program, you agree that you are an authorised representative of the facility and have the authority to request and evaluate the products.
- To initiate a free trial, contact Sensomat through the designated channels provided on our website or as directed by our customer support team.
- Sensomat will arrange for the shipping and delivery of the selected products to your facility. Setup instructions and assistance will be provided as needed.
- The trial period begins upon receipt of the products at your facility and typically lasts for up to 14 days. Details of the trial period will be communicated to you during the initiation of the trial.
- Participation in the free trial program comes with no upfront costs or obligations to purchase. You are under no obligation to make a purchase at the end of the trial period.
- If you decide to purchase the products at the end of the trial, Sensomat will work with you to finalize the order and arrange for payment.
- If you choose not to proceed with a purchase, you can request a return of the trial products. Sensomat will arrange for a courier to collect the items. The return process is at no cost to you.
- Returned products must be in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
- Sensomat reserves the right to modify or terminate the free trial program or its terms and conditions at any time. Notice of such changes will be communicated to participants.
